SchemSpark

Terms of Use

Last updated: February 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SchemSpark ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Community Library & Content Sharing

When you share a schematic to the community library, it becomes publicly visible and attributed to your username. Shared schematics can be downloaded by any user. You may delete your shared schematics while logged in to your account.

3. Irrevocable License Grant

By uploading and sharing a schematic to the community library, you grant SchemSpark and all platform users a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, 3D print, and create derivative works from the schematic. This license survives deletion of the schematic from the community library.

4. Copyright Representations

By sharing content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share the schematic, and that sharing does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share schematics that contain extreme, offensive, or illegal content. Violation of this policy will result in permanent account suspension and removal of all shared content. Banned accounts may not make future community submissions.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Banned accounts lose the ability to share schematics to the community library.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SchemSpark and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
